Random deep/disco/funky/piano house tunes

Huge week for dance singles

This is different, kinda of a lofi take on funky house. I like it. I also love most of what Anabel does on the dance collabs

Love this, so atmospheric, but I'm sure this sample has been used before, and quite recently, either Duke Dumont or Franky Wah, can't quite place it

This gives me Basement Jaxx vibes

Haven't decided on this yet, I drift between it's too commercial to wow it's so anthemic, and the vocal is strong

LOVE this, so 90s

Also very 90s, not least because Crystal Waters is on vocal duties. I think it samples Inner City, or it's just very similar. Stay tuned for that PIANO at the end :o

I'm not sure this update was necessary, they haven't changed much, but why would you change one of the GREATEST EVER? It lacks the hands in the air punch of the original, but it's good

Another Crystal sighting! Again giving very early house vibes. The vocal is very classic Crystal too

Despite the dreadful artist name, this is actually good, and appears to be the first breakthrough house song of the year, climbing the charts

This has been out a couple months now, but it's been hovering around the dance charts a bit. Glad I found it, it's SO good.

Funky house made a bit of a comeback last year, I wonder if it'll go full tilt this year?

I liked the original to this from last year but this piano house makeover works too

This is getting a lot of buzz and just been added to Radio 1 playlist, alongside that Belters Only tune. After a couple of years of threatening, the early 90s piano house in the midst of a major comeback.

this is a marvellously atmospheric throwback deep house record from Soichi Terada - every track feels so elegant and spacious, it's very relaxing.

excellent use of piano/keys at various moments. loving Diving Into Minds

Shouse throwing everything at their new single - gospel, sax, big vocals... It's not as good as I'm describing it but it might grow

I don't love it as much as Dark Rain, but 3AM is still a funky lil' confection!

Oh this is fabulous! Proper old school 90s US Garage. Shaun Escoffrey's voice sounding as good as ever.

Here's another one. Kerri Chandler one of my favourite dance DJs ever.

Bit trancey and it has a gorgeous vocal actually

this hits. as if the combo of Hayden James and Elderbrook could disappoint.

there's another from him last year called Waiting For Nothing that I missed somehow that ALSO SLAPS.

What happens when you cross house legends David Morales and Sandy Rivera?

An unexpected CAMP CLASSIC, that's what! :disco:

Honestly thought house music had DIED in March, it's been so BARREN for decent tunes (loads of chavvy dance tunes though if that's your taste)

Anyway this slaps
