Eastenders 2022

CHARLES and CAMILLA are due to star in an episode in the next couple of weeks.

The episode will air on 2 June and they will feature in Albert Square's Jubilee party. The ROYAL COUPLE secretly shot their scenes when they visited the set last month.

Diana watched all the soaps religiously so she would have easy conversation points with the commoners during her royal engagements x

They should have got Kate. Janine needs an EVIL rival.

Am I right in saying that the Albert is the same building as the Dagmar, or at least in the same location? Because if so they're drawing quite a direct line between what happened to Ben tonight and Kathy's experience with Wilmot Brown...

Yeah, I picked up on that. No idea if it's the same place.

It is, or at least it is when they want to give a character something to do (Honey is the current market inspector, of all people :o)

Oh yeah. But before Stacey/Martin/Honey were going for the job, am I right in thinking they scrapped the role? I seem to remember Robbie Jackson getting it and then forfeited the position to avoid budget cuts being made.

Where did Janine get the 50k from she gave Linda? I have only been watching intermittently recently.

She hijacked Nancy buying a new restaurant by getting her crooked estate agent friend to pose as someone else and get the money transferred into Janine's account instead. It's bound to get exposed VERY soon, because there's no way it could stay unknown for very long :D

A reminder that Charles and Camilla make their EastEnders debut on Thursday. Apparently, one of Camilla's first scenes will be a touching one on one with Ben, as she encourages him to open up to Callum and tell him he's been raped.

I wonder how far in advance they filmed all this Jubilee preparation stuff, and if there were alternative scenes filmed just in case anything happened to the Queen between filming and broadcast :o

Nah, they would just film a last minute scene to be inserted into the episode like they do with things like elections and the World Cup. Would probably be something like Kim filming her Kimfluencer channel on Facebook Live and pulling Charles in from his walkaround to get him on screen, when she would offer her condolences.

The Jubilee episode is going to be wall-to-wall cringe isn't it.

On a related note, I see all the Diana memorabilia has been quietly removed from the Vic...

I don't really get her arguement though. I don't feel Linda has done anything knowingly wrong.
