I understand why they’ve got rid of the open rehearsals but I miss the fever of the brutal write ups. And all these fan websites and podcasts producing masses of “content” that are literally just reacting to those bland EBU write ups can get lost.

Is anyone actually using the clever boxes that are the interesting bit of the set? Or is this another Sweden 2016 where they build a stage they claim the delegations can do stuff in (that year they said acts would perform and walk between the zig zag LED walls) and no-one actually bothers?
