Belatedly quoting, solely to bump this because this remains the most sensible take in this sorry saga. It's OK to giggle at SEXY CONFIDENT but still not think Katy Perry should be held accountable for stranded astronauts or the sun melting. That's not hypocritical or bad faith.

Because targeting criticism at Katy (or any of other passengers) is futile and maybe even counter productive. If people really do have ethical objections to Bezos' insane space shit, the criticisms MUST be aimed at him. He will otherwise simply continue what he's doing with different human...
