This one still gets to me. The first time I heard it I was in a pretty bad situation life/career/relationship-wise in general and it just killed me.

It hits too close to home still as I feel I’m around that age where you have just about enough time for major change or stick with what you’re doing, happy as I am currently.

While perspective lines converge
Rows of cars and buses merge

Like little bombs
Or little pom-poms
Shaken by a careless hand
That drives them off
And leaves again
