It is going to be my first time going to a Eurovision city during Eurovision so interested in who else is going as it would be lovely to meet up with people when there because well why not!

So who's going?

And what shows are you going to TRY to get tickets for?

Tbh I’m already STRESSED about getting tickets for the final, though spending it in the fan zone thing on a warm Saturday evening in the middle of Turin doesn’t sound bad AT ALL!

I feel like grabbing some for the semis seems RELATIVELY EASY.

Yeah it sounds like there will be plenty of places with great atmosphere to watch it even if tickets are hard to get (or super expensive)

I will say that by the time I'd been to both semis for my first Eurovision in Lisbon, I did actively feel like it'd be a bit of a letdown to not be in the arena for the final itself (VERY GRACIOUSLY provided by the queen of my life @VoR :disco: 😍), so DO try and get a final ticket if you can. I think there do usually tend to be tickets floating around at the time from people willing to sell if you ask around.

I won't be going but I'll hopefully have a lowkey soiree with someone who's/people who are as much of a stan like I did last year, which was absolutely delightful.

All going well I will be there for the full two weeks doing my usual VERY IMPORTANT JOURNALISM. God I've missed it :disco:

Tickets for the Semis are usually easily available up to and including the day of.

If you can't get the live final, the Jury final is also much easier/cheaper and you get the same show minus the voting - the juries obviously vote on that performance so the artists are generally giving it just as much energy.

There'll be loads of stuff going on around the city too - viewing parties, the EuroVillage etc. The final is great, especially if it's your first time, but it's totally not the be all and end all to be in the arena.
