Many of them are newer/less known artists, or are Armenians living overseas (Athena is Greek, Anahit Adamyan lives in Russia, as does Flora).

Anahit also represented them in JESC about 10 years ago, Athena is obviously from ESC 2020.

The biggest local name is probably Arsen Grigoryan & Kamil, who is responsible for this from one of the last times they held a NF Judging by the picture on the IG post below they will not be in drag, but I am curious to see what he will present this time.
