I feel bad now that I laughed all through that video, but at the same time "sang the studio version without any MAJOR problems" pre-covid, isn't exactly doing any favours for her.

Malá dáma is a regular fixture in the Czech top 100 even now and is on almost 10 million - there’s probably some other seemingly random ones that were big locally.

I suppose other than Sweden, the countries that tend to do really big local Spotify numbers all auto-qualify so there’s probably quite a gap after those top two.
