urgh no sparkling water makes me more thirsty
As a tangent, is there any difference between squash, diluting juice and high juice or are they just interchangeable?
I probably drink 3-4 litres a day, always have a glass on the go. I'm 36 and recently got ID'd in Lidl so if you ever need a beauty secret....water.
I do, but in the form of very weak sugar-free squash.

Humans are actually 60% water, so I try to avoid the stuff as much as possible. I would hate for my blood and bones to be replaced with more water.
I have this amazing system for working out when I need to drink water rather than consuming some arbitrary amount as designated by people who talk too much about protein. Its called ‘having a drink when you’re thirsty’ and its been working every day for the past 38 years!
