Her manager has confirmed to Variety that Dua's lead single drops Nov 1st and a world tour kicks off April 1st. According to "insiders" this campaign has a huge budget for music videos etc and will be getting a massive push, so let's hope the music is good enough.

Here's her crap new blonde lewk

I have to say, if it wasn't for One Kiss I would have subzero interest in Dua at this point, so she'd better bring it this time. Her manager says the music is "more upbeat and dancey with a disco element".

i have a lot of goodwill for ms lipa though she still hasn't surpassed be the one for me and swan song (heard it out somewhere randomly yesterday, ugh) was diabolically bad.

miss the black bob. she was parading it dead-eyedly in some ad campaign these days looking absolutely gorgeous.

I'm into it - clearly going for a Xmas market album. I think every one knows that "Swan Song" didn't hit the mark and they won't go in that direction.

I WORRY about Dua Lipa it'll become another Craig David type scenario. Strip away any of the original elements that made her big in the first place, record music with a more mainstream appeal. chase the hits and get more known names on board :(

There's goes the chance of having another Be the one, Begging, New love or Last dance

Craig David only flopped because he was such a PRISSY CUNT about Bo Selecta and everyone, RIGHTLY, saw him as a joke

Begging is an absolute MAX TRACK. I mean even Dos Labia managed to acknowledge it! My one and only time I've seen her live(at some music festival) mind you this was way before One Kiss, hell even waaay before IDGAF and she somehow shoehorned it in her show.

That Hotter Than Hell, New Rules, Be The One, Blow your mind, Begging sequence had me borderline dying for WEEKS!

I'm pretty sure it was lined up as a single at some point after IDGAF.

Be The One is still peak Dua.

Looking forward to seeing what she comes back with, I think she got away with Swan Song but there won't be a pass for another misstep. I'm very much up for a disco element (or FIVE).

She's just so... dead eyed and joyless. Even a melancholic track like Be The One feels a bit mechanical in her hands (although it is one of her best vocals).

I think she's just not for me actually. It's just unusual for me as a fanatic of the pop space she inhabits not to find anything to latch onto or stan for. My weave is basically always secure when Dua's around. I would be happier if Rita Ora had her success and global push.

Hotter Than Hell is quite a majestic banger, it must be said.

dead eyed and joyless is part of her appeal.

which is why we got Mabel, Kim Petras and Ava Max parading around like CORPSES during their performances and they put Dua to shame.

How can a PERSONALITY VACUUM like her get 35m Instagram followers?! The human race really does deserve extinction.

at least she sings and has good songs. it's the kardashian numbers that make me question my stance on murder.

First single Don't Start Now out next Friday, Nov 1

It's disco pop!

Well that sound promising. Hoping that Initial Talk remix has been influential :disco:

surely this final quarter of 2019 is going to EXTERMINATE THE GAYS What with Dua Lipa, Kesha, Adele (apparently) & The Sugababes all bringing out new stuff

Dua bringing the disco strings. Hopefully the song is up to scratch, it sounds like it should be

January sales loves, you'll get a copy of Heavy Love with your half price sofa at Harveys

it's simultaneously dead eyed and deliciously disco. it's giving me Big Pop Girl energy, I believe almost any of them would kill for a song like this to come back with.

I'm not sure if I'm who she should be aiming for, but that is the TITS

This is great.

But I have absolutely no idea how it'll do.

Safe to say she's smashed "that difficult come-back single", I think. That'll be all over yr dancefloors for yr Xmas parties, surely.
