Judging by initial youtube views on Eurovision account I’m going to guess Poland and Portugal did quite well on the public vote, but were sunk by low jury scores. Estonia probably slipped through by doing middling on both.

Cyprus storming ahead on Youtube with considerably more views than anybody else :D

I actually worried that Cyprus wouldn't qualify. It all just felt a bit lost in the shuffle.
 
Draw so far - Greece and Cyprus first half; Belarus, Estonia, and Serbia second half.

I've never been entirely sure if I liked it or not. I had a giggle at it I'll admit but still there was always something compelling there too. Tonight that was highlighted and it really stood out amongst the other songs.

I'm not sad as such but it feels like it belonged in the final and the pure intensity of it all was captivating.
 
Iceland second half! So there are three slots left in the second half, and nine left in the first!
 
San Marino 1st half, i was hoping he’d close the show again
 
Oh and that All time Eurovision video was SO GOOD, thank god we watched it on internet because they never show the intervals here.
 
Well that was a mixed bag but somehow I’m still LIVING

Gagged by my last two qualifying picks ACTUALLY being drawn against all the odds

Cyprus was alright but I think it was a mistake to make something similar to Fuego and not as good. And Belarus totally snatched her ratty wig (hate the wet look)

I made my peace with Iceland, and glad Portugal were out (thought weirdly he seemed less atonal this time despite that being the way it is on the cd).

Serhat was off key for the first half but the second half really worked it, finally some decent staging from San Marino, so happy for them.

Still don’t like Greece, boring song and that screech... she’s a miserable old cow too. Speaking of which, so happy that Slovenia made it through the cull of lumpen ethno songs with Serbia (she brought it), even if they are away with the fairies

Estonia is much hotter than I thought, and WHO does he remind me of? Either someone famous or @ameraal . The CGI was a bit clunky though

And Australia... omg love it even more now, I didn’t think they’d get close to Dami levels again but that was definitely up there for me

Oz for the win, Italy can host if they like because I still can’t accept Soldi as a winner
 
It's kind of become my hate song for this year. It's just a completely empty vessel. It obviously did very well last night, but I do resent it taking a slot in the finals away from Portugal.
 
Slovenia were so rude in that press conference, talk about ending on a sour note. [when asked which position they would like to be in the final the male said: “I think it’s exactly boring questions like that why we wanna go home during interviews” and bam, end of press conference :D ] Although i do like real-life Silvia Nights I suppose...
 
If it's San Marino at 10 and Portugal at 11 :manson::gross:
