So he was potentially either suicidal or not following safety procedures.

Oh they were one of the more known from the originals - Linda the mum was great. The step dad was famous for being rather large and sitting in quite revealing slouching ways. They were in Clacton on Sea I am sure, foster carers. Seemed salt of the earth and lovely
