How fast is your internet? (1 Viewer)

NOT FAST ENOUGH.

I'm only on 70Mbps, and couldn't get FTTP because the building is old. However CityFibre have done some work on my street recently so hopefully I can get gigabit internet soon.

If WeFibre are an option with you, go with them. I get 1gbps for £20 a month (the speed over Wifi is around 400mbps).

I have fibre with BrawBand, a Scottish company. It’s about 50 MB/s on my phone which is fine.

71.2 Mpbs

That's the one we get for free due to Mr L's job. We could get ultra fast or whatever it's called if we paid more, but for the sake of downloading a TV show in 10 seconds rather than a minute or something, it hardly seems worth it.

Slow, even slower than at home probably (this is uni Eduroam):

:eyes:
I bet Enya has much faster internet from the castle!

137mbps

Seems fine. We do have ultrafibre on the street but that involves effort of changing provider.

18.9 download and 9.47 upload. But my internet seems fast to me?

At last, I win something on Moopy!

Although I don't need that much speed. I'd rather trade some of it for faster electricity like my Mum gets at her house.

Bizarrely, £20 a month is the best deal I can get for my internet and I get that speed. All other deals with any provider are more expensive and with much lower speeds.
