1. Yes
2. Because it was a Girls Aloud single, it's a Girls Aloud tribute to Sarah, it formed part of the Girls Aloud tour, it will presumably perform better branded up as a Girls Aloud single, and I guess it just is? They still all sing on the choruses from what I could hear.

It's a little confusing as I've seen another report which referred to it as a Sarah solo vocal, rather than a lead one.
 
This will be getting prime time ITV1 Sunday night promo on the Sunday after release too. I'd love them to get another chart hit
 
They really should throw out a physical. Surely that would sell...

I've added (Sarah's Version) if that is sufficient unless you're angling for a two-page debate around what constitutes a lead vocal or solo vocal?
 
Surely it's unlikely to chart at all, particularly without a physical?
 
I wish they'd release more solo versions of the songs. I'd love to hear how they all interpreted certain tracks.

It’s an easy moneyspinner, surely? Once they get the deluxe editions out of the way.
 
Shame, I’d hoped it might put it around #20 today and thus still a top 40 chance. I imagine now it’ll be #50-#60.

It missed the chart entirely. #2 on sales only, where it's listed as a re-entry. So I wonder if that means it wasn't reset from ACR?
 
I think ACR gets reset from streaming, though given it’s crept into their top ten I would assume it did increase by more than required. Additionally, it’s streaming I think only that gets halved on ACR, not the actual sales? Which I assume is it’s bulk.

Its midweeks went 10-30-42-54 when it was on 4,834 and only did 200 odd that day, so I think it’s probably that it actually ended up just outside given #75 ‘sold’ 6.5k and they likely ended up around 5,500-ish.

Bit of a shame though.
 
It's not in the top 100. Obviously 17 Christmas songs creeping in hasn't helped, but it's still not great.
 
Does ACR really matter when Streaming was surely minimal anyway? It can’t have accounted for more than a couple of hundred sales at most?

Nope. That’s what I meant, it won’t have been far outside from the published top 100.
