I love that a star like Janet can do Loose Women, even if it's for another tour. I think I prefer a promo happy popstar to a Beyoncé or Miley who actively despises being visible and promoting their music. I just wish Jan would put music out or at least say if she's retired from making it! or if there's no album, toss out one song as a random soundtrack single. just give us something!

I don’t know the professional context of their relationship but I’m more than surprised that someone of Janet’s legacy and stature isn’t putting out music, if she wants to, because her brother is making all the decisions for her.

Randy really is an odd one. He’s close to Janet because of their ages growing up together, but he’s barely connected to the rest of the family and hasn’t been for ages. I assumed it was because of the awkward stuff with Jermaine over their ex-wives, but Jermaine hasn’t performed either since after 2019.
