Another random JEWEL MEMORY but when this came out I thought it was a soundtrack song for the movie Twister because of the video, I think I must have seen the movie and the video on TV around the same time and fused the two in my mind

I was 8, but even at that age I think I should've noticed that the video did not actually contain any reference to, or scenes from, Twister

Fuck yes to the single version of What's Simple Is True

One of my bigger Spotify gaps. One of her most gorgeous moments.

“In the end only kindness matters” is beautiful

You can be cynical but it never fails to move me

Quick album rank:

1. This Way
2. 0304
3. Pieces of You
4. Spirit
5. Goodbye Alice in Wonderland

The others are gloppy country shit I have no desire to listen to ever again… :eyes:

Last Dance Rodeo (Home Boombox Demo)

Interesting that between the Home Boombox Demo and the version she eventually recorded for Goodbye Alice In Wonderland she changed SMEAR to QUEER :eyes:
