It's almost as if it's got nothing to do with women's rights at all and that it's just a euphemism for the eradication of trans people.

There's a reason so many men support trans-exclusionary feminism - takes the heat off of them. That's key to so many moral panics - we'd much rather talk about 'stranger danger' because it ignores the abuse that exists (at a larger scale) within the family unit. We can't tackle issues that would destabilises that positive image or status of men, or the pillars of patriarchal society.
