Who hurt you?Oh my GOD I've been waiting every year since 2017 for Frans to gift us with his presence again
Who hurt you?
According to Wikipedia, ALL OF THEMHave any survived from the last time they entered?
An "oh shit, we don't need to be winning again QUITE so soon" moment from SVT if ever I've seen one. Also, not Frans AT RISK!
Not even indulging this with a Basil. An "oh shit, we don't need to be winning again QUITE so soon" moment from SVT if ever I've seen one.
It’s a good theory, although it’s been just as common for artists to throw out a Melfest reject as a follow-up single after their participation, which would explain LIAMOO and Maria Sur.It's not exactly a TRUSTY process to working out who's going to be in this years Melodifestivalen, but the following have released sub 3 minute songs written by profilic MF songwriters in the last few months:
Ellen Benediktson - Maniac / 2:43 / Dino Medanhodzic, Linnea Deb
Maria Sur - Dance Alone / 2:39 / Jimmy Joker, Jimmy Jannson, Linnea Deb
Malou Prytz - Red Flags / 2:44 / Anderz Wrethov, Julie Aagaard
LIAMOO - Before The Night Is Over / 2:45 / Anderz Wrethov, Laurell Barker
Martin Almgren - Home / 3:01 / David Lindgren-Zacharias
Dolly Style - Celebration / 2:32 / Laurell Barker
I have noticed this becoming a trend in the last few years, where they kind of soft launch these artists back into public consciousness, with what I can only assume is a scrapped song from the writing camp they were at for Melodifestivalen.
LIAMOO has the stature to collaborate with these songwriters even outside of the competition.
Aftonbladet is reporting that Victoria Silvstedt is in![]()

Is there still time to ditch John Lundvik and Angelino and get all of the above insteadAftonbladet's last update before tomorrow's BIG REVEAL is that the following are in contention for the last few places:
Fame were apparently rejected so there will be no JessAn this year.
- A*Teens
- Amena Alsameai (from Idols 2021)
- Andreas Wijk (stage queen)
- Babben Larsson (with a big schlager number apparently)
