Welsh may be a bit hard, but the others definitely. NZ had many of all those groups.

I thought you weren’t allowed to take it if you’ve been exposed.

That’s the method they’re applying here. You get the vaccine within four days of exposure. As Penny mentioned above, it reduces the severity of a potential outbreak.

I could only get the vaccine because a close friend of mine tested positive and mentioned my name among those whom he had had sex with (we hadn’t).

That was what I was told for one shot! I was also told it wasn't a guarantee we'd be given a second shot (but that that would "obviously improve the rate" if we were)
