It is if your idea of porn is the Grattan catalogue.

Basically I went to see him in concert a couple of years ago in Blackpool (underrated live performer, IMO. Both of the crowd hung on his every word). I look around and who should be in the seat behind me, but Daz from Daz & Betty off Coach Trip, so the only two famous people I know called Daz were both in the SAME PLACE AT THE SAME TIME :disco:.

We later saw Daz Sampson heading down the road with a woman on each arm, neither of whom looked capable of walking under their own power.
Sounds like a glittering affair.

I'm going to assume that they were two of the 'kids' from the Teenage Life performance until further evidence is provided.

I'm assuming we all knew one of Daz's backing slatterns for that performance was sainted lady of the lamp Caroline Flack?

Also I think one of the women he was walking with was the one from his song in the Belarus(?) national final. She was arseholed while she was on stage.

I always thought I hated No Dream Impossible (AND prior entry, Miss French) for years, but actually, both are quite passable pieces of tat, albeit one embraces the tat side more than the other

No Dream Impossible deserved much better on the night, but it is funny to think how 15th back then felt like a disaster (at a time when the UK finishing outside of the top ten was still an exception). I guess a third non-top ten in a row gave a sense that a rot was setting in - if only we knew!

I totally misread the meaning of ARSEHOLED WHILE SHE WAS ON STAGE but I’m going with my initial reading :disco:

Caroline Flack on stage full anal penetration performance might have gained a point or two from dirtier countries.

Breasts have long been wildly popular with humanity. And therefore it was no surprise when the top two of Making Your Mind Up 2005 came down to famed G-cup page 3 model Jordan, and less-famed Popstars: The Rivals runner-up Javine Hylton. Jordan, however, was five months pregnant at the time and squeezed into a hot pink latex bodysuit, so lacked the killer instinct to whap them out at the crucial moment - eventually handing the victory to Javine, who did.

At the time, hot whiffs of the souk were also wildly popular with humanity, driving Javine's entry (and likely the logic behind many viewers' votes, with the selection heavily majoring on how all those Europeans just LOVED those hot Turkish sounds out now). Sadly for her, they also drove many of the other entries in 2005, probably one of the most drum and EXOTIC STRING-heavy years the contest has ever seen. Going on second was always going to be a hard ask for her to stand out. By the time Helena Paparizou came along and did everything Javine did but even better, she was left floating dead in the water. Javine was exiled from the music industry in shame and later forced to steal Alesha Dixon's husband for food

3 x 12 (Music, Queen of the Bay, Raining On Me)
3 x 2 (Suomi, Ag, Jacques)

Nicola Ferguson Sturgeon (born 19 July 1970) is a Scottish politician serving as First Minister of Scotland and Leader of the Scottish National Party (SNP) since 2014. She is the first woman to hold either position. She has been a member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) since 1999, first as an additional member for the Glasgow electoral region, and as the member for Glasgow Southside (formerly Glasgow Govan) from 2007.

A law graduate of the University of Glasgow, Sturgeon worked as a solicitor in Glasgow. After being elected to the Scottish Parliament, she served successively as the SNP's shadow minister for education, health, and justice. In 2004 she announced that she would stand as a candidate for the leadership of the SNP following the resignation of John Swinney. However, she later withdrew from the contest in favour of Alex Salmond, standing instead as depute (deputy) leader on a joint ticket with Salmond. Both were subsequently elected, and as Salmond was still an MP in the House of Commons, Sturgeon led the SNP in the Scottish Parliament as Leader of the Opposition from 2004 to 2007. The SNP won the highest number of seats in the Scottish Parliament in the 2007 election and Salmond was subsequently appointed first minister. He appointed Sturgeon as deputy first minister and Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing. She was appointed as Cabinet Secretary for Infrastructure, Capital Investment and Cities in 2012.

Following the defeat of the Yes Scotland campaign in the 2014 Scottish independence referendum, Salmond resigned and Sturgeon was elected unopposed as SNP leader in November 2014 and appointed as first minister.[1][2] Sturgeon led the SNP through the 2015 general election when it enjoyed a surge in support, recording a number of swings of over 30% from Labour, as it won 56 of the 59 Scottish seats and replaced the Liberal Democrats as the third-largest party in the British House of Commons. In the 2016 election, the SNP was returned as the largest single party in the Scottish Parliament but fell two seats short of a majority. Sturgeon secured a second term as first minister, forming an SNP minority government. In the 2016 UK referendum on EU membership, Scotland voted by 62% to remain in the European Union, despite Brexit receiving 52% of the vote across the UK.[a] After the vote to leave the EU, Sturgeon's government has repeatedly proposed a second referendum on independence. The SNP gained a seat in the 2021 Scottish Parliament election, winning 64 seats, but fell one seat short of a majority. Sturgeon’s government subsequently entered a power-sharing agreement with the Scottish Greens. As First Minister, Sturgeon has been leading the Scottish Government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Scotland since 2020.

Touch My Fanny was actually a pretty good song, it just smacked of one of those cheap Asylum cash in movies that are released in the wake of a blockbuster - 'Dee Wallace Stone in Sinking Titan Boat'.

I'm not going to overly defend Javine's ethno pop copy and paste job, but that running order and the storming first 5 or 6 songs meant she was DEAD even if they'd closed the show and voting before it reached song 8!

I gave her my 12, and does she deserve it? No she does not, but NO ONE does.

Nicki was 36 in that picture. Both in age and number of milk stouts she'd had in the preceding hour.

Nicki is dressed like a ‘victim’ of Ten Years Younger terror Nicky Hambleton-Jones

And again (rinse / repeat) she deserved better. It’s a solid little pop song and she committed. Oh how she committed.
