Listening to L'autre... this morning and what can I say honestly about this album that hasn't already been said. But what I will add here is that it is one of the most beautiful coloured vinyls I own and the sound quality is sensational. If you are only going to get one from this set, let it be this one.
 
I love L’Autre but of the first four coloured vinyls, it’s only my third favourite. Ainsi Soit Je is just magical and the best of the four, though only my second favourite ever, after Innamoramento
 
I'm popping that one on next this on this overcast Saturday morning...

I know it's meant to be another big M's birthday weekend but I'm in a big Mylene mood...

Just popped this on - is it just my copy or is there a misprint on the LP in terms of which side plays what? Basically it's the opposite way round to what's meant to be on each side..
 
I'm hoping this is a sign that the first four albums (PLUS live album additions :D) have finally been milked DRY, and we can move on to the long-awaited (by me) Innamoramento COSMIC BLUE SPLATTER vinyl purchase :disco:
 
I've been finally playing all the albums this week- these coloured vinyl editions are SHIT. I've even cleaned them (although they are brand new) and they are full of crackles and pops. I think I'm going to keep them and offload them if (when!) the second hand prices go up and they reissue them on decent vinyl.

Anamorphosee sound quality is shit. I have lots of crackles and pops too..

I've only listened to L'autre and Anamorphosee so far. I do tend to play my vinyl really loud through bluetooth speakers - L'autre didn't sound especially quiet and the quality was crisp. But Anamorphosee is shit!!
 
Madame has a new single released tomorrow, and a 3 part documentary about the creation of her last tour on Amazon Prime, from Friday 25th - alas is may only be released in french speaking countries (TBC).

Yeah she (and Laurent) pop these out constantly. I can’t say it’ll be something I’ll ever think or I HAVE to listen to that !
