Tbf they’ve had a bit of a nightmare with the swimming, Murray and BMXBBC showing the medal ceremony for a race that they were just about to show whilst pretending it was live.

I don’t blame them for not showing it live. It was just funny that Balding was introducing the race, broke off to explain why the US anthem was playing in the background, realised it was for the same race and said ‘don’t listen to that or you’ll know who wins’.

Watching the highlights that aired at 10:30pm BBC. Not sure why we need cut-to's of a gasping presenter when it's a re-cap and all footage should just be the sports.

Was that the lady presenting little links to narrate the gymnastics All Round final? It was like she'd escaped from CBBC. Fully dreadful
