I need to get back in to running ASAP if we are soon(ish) to be emerging from lockdown as I’m not sure any of my “going out” clothes fit anymore.

What are your favourite running songs? Which ones give you that extra burst when they come on shuffle? Some of mine:

Britney Spears - Work Bitch
Gina G - Ooh Aah... Just A Little Bit
Usher - Scream
Missy Elliott - 4 My People (Basement Jaxx Remix)
Michael Calfan - Treasured Soul
Gorgon City - All Four Walls
JX - There’s Nothing I Won’t Do
MK & Becky Hill - Piece Of Me
Ciara - Work
Livin’ Joy - Dreamer

Recommendations of a similar tempo welcome.

Whenever @ButterTart does his chart trance night, it will probably have a lot of overlap with my running playlist.

I also like to run to rap music, which is less on the theme. Also entire albums can be nice, especially as a way to stay motivated. Blackout and Confessions on the Dancefloor are 2 of my favorites for that

These playlists put together by our very own @Jark I find brilliant for long distance running.

I would link my old playlists but can't be arsed to find them. Legit wall to wall bangers.

Pink - Leave Me Alone (I’m Lonely)
Gabriella Cilmi- On A Mission
Lil Wayne - Knockout
MK - 17

are some of my running tracks, the perfect bpm for it

Ian van Dahl - castles in the sky
Fragma- Sometimes/Pray
Girls aloud - something new/every now and then/miss you bow wow

Lady Gaga - Hair
Cheryl Cole - Call My Name
Kate Ryan - I surrender/desenchantee
Selena Gomez - naturally
Deepest Blue - Deepest Blue
Duke Dumont - Need U
Sonique- It feels so good/sky

Just a few suggestions. I’ll probably add more later

The 12" of There's Nothing I Won't Do is so immense for cardio nothing else will do.

Motiv8 remixes also always do the trick (Mary Kiani's 100% is an absolute free fall of euphoria).

Speaking of, I've been bingeing on TTF a lot recently.

My running playlist is rather lengthy. I'll go look it up.

Edit: yeah 214 songs is a bit much to list.
