I think it's one to explore - like I say Moopy Royalty, bangers and general upbeat on a Tuesday and something more chilled on a Sunday. A Sunday is a much better idea than a Thursday.

Tricky’s ‘Maxinquaye’ often gets overlooked in the Massive Attack and Portishead fandoms, which are justified, but is every bit as good. This is so dark and lush:

Me too. She did two nights performing it here and both nights were fabulous. I had a pissed and sober viewing. Loads of acts are doing listening parties at the minute which is nice. PWL and Sonia did one at the weekend which I didn’t attend. Bananarama has an ‘In Stereo’ one. I did sort of partake in ones by Sleeper and The Darling Buds.

Also, Venus as a Boy is a very special song. I haven't listened to Debut very much, but occasionally I dream of this song and wake up singing it.
