Like her or not, she seems to have had one of the more interesting evolutions on the mainstream music scene in a long time. Nine years ago(!) she released "Tim McGraw" and a country-ish album that targeted mostly the tween market, and now she is arguably the most successful global pop artist of the last few years, working with everyone from Max Martin to Kendrick Lamar. With a keen self-awareness about her, and ability to write songs with compelling pop sensibility and marketable crossover appeal, she is seemingly untouchable and not slowing down.

(Note: I kept it to official singles only. Singles like "Ronan" that weren't really promoted as singles were left out but I did keep in "Welcome to New York" and "Out of the Woods" due to them being especially popular, recent and "buzz" type releases. If less than 1/3 of voters rate a particular song, I will just leave it out of the final calculation of results.)

I'm pleased that Euphoria has so many ??s. Never has a major international popstar made me feel SO OLD as Taylor Swift. I certainly wouldn't get to double digits in being able to rate that list.

Not to kill the vibe, but I know 2 of them by name even if there's 1 other at the moment I hear bits of just with the TV on. Give Shake It Off a 10 from me if that's acceptable.
 
I only know Shake It Off and We Are Never... Do all her songs have really annoying talking bits in them?
 
That list is ridiculous. I only looked at this topic, because I like her current song, which is a first. I don't enjoy her self awareness or being kind to fans. I prefer my divas to be smoking crack and faking pregnancies.

I was literally getting into a couple of her songs (turned out I wasn't) and the she dropped off Spotify. You either roll with the punches bitch or die failing. At present I rather suspect she's missing out on #1s because of her lack of presence on Spotify.
 
Shame State of Grace couldn't make the cut. I can't rate the country(ier) stuff - does ANYONE know the first album? And since I couldn't get tickets to see her I haven't bothered familiarizing myself with her whole back catalog yet :evil: But naturally this a premium thread. :disco:

The thing about Tay is, she's not a nice girl at all and you just know she's a mean girl. I don't get the big deal about her personality, or lack thereof but someone that generates the inexplicable amount of hate she gets must be doing right. Favourite Taylor moment: when she shaded Adele at an awards show.
