So now that the sun has set on Eurovision 2024, are there any countries that you think should’ve sent something else to Eurovision instead due to flops?

Iceland seems the most obvious one. I love Hera but I think if they’d sent Bashar they could potentially have won as they would have been the most obvious protest vote.

Poland would have done better with Justyna for sure, and I think would have qualified. That would have probably put Serbia out.

Norway probably would have done better with KEiiNO too, although they probably would’ve had another crap jury score.

Any thoughts?

As much as I’d have loved an Annalisa win realistically it probably would’ve come 3rd/4th.

I can’t name them off the top of my head but there were at least 5 songs stronger in the Serbian national final. Although I accept my personal fave probably would’ve died in the semis.

Exactly this. I think it’s inevitable she will eventually represent Italy one year and I want it to be in the best circumstances.
