Do you fancy any old copies of the Radio Times? I think we've got most from the mid 90s onwards somewhere.

I refuse to believe that anyone with that level of a hoarding problem would ever move willingly, so the sale could only be happening due to a DEATH surely :o

I also spy some sort of "I love my dog" type mug... don't tell me there were animals being kept there too :(

Does he have the Jill Dando one with her in the leather and, if so, does he have an alibi?

Right who's been DOBBING IN POOR OL' TONE for not cutting his grass?

More likely tenants who've lived there being pushed out by a greedy landlord. There's a kids' bedroom (also the tidiest room in the house, go figure).

When I was house-hunting I saw several places that looked very much like that one and it was clear that the tenants were seething at the thought of being kicked out by people who were HOLDING THEIR NOSES looking at their HOARD while thinking of what walls to knock to build a delightful open-plan kitchen :(

:o I hope it's not that. I've just realised there are nurse scrubs hanging up. Booting NHS workers out of their home? Especially NOW??

There's a lovely cafe/bar on the beach green in Lancing Kate, if you're actually tempted.

Just seen this from a fascinating Twitter thread. This property was built in 2010!

I highly recommend this story:

that's creepy and amazing. reminds of the castle/house in Casper the Friendly Ghost

also reminds me a bit of that mansion, I believe in Florida, where an insanely rich widow kept extending the building with fake stairwells and rooms and doors leading to nowhere (in order to confuse the ghosts who she believed haunted the place)

As noted in the thread comments, it cost 4m to build and is for sale at 35m.

Why would someone with 35m not build their own?
