The Sensual World is certainly patchy (I can live quite happily never hearing Heads We're Dancing and Between a Man and a Woman again). However it also has some of her best stuff on there (The Sensual World, Deeper Understanding, This Womans Work and Rockets Tail NATCH). Certainly an album of highs and lows.
