The Traitors AU (Season 2 - SPOILERS WITHIN!) (1 Viewer)

What Liam did though, if he had been clever and known that Sam is a Traitor, it would have been a great strategy to ally himself with Sam and get as many faithfuls banished as possible (less people to share the prize money with) and then towards the end turn against Sam. But of course he’s not that clever and it is a dangerous strategy, especially in his case as he’s also never voted for the traitors that were banished…but then again nobody else seems to have noticed that.

The most satisfying ending I’ve EVER seen!

OMG!!!! This was beyond satisfiying. :D:disco: I almost screamed! So happy Camille did it.

I went from wanting to see Sarah pushed into the fire and being so angry at stupid Blake and Camille for not pairing up with Liam to vote out Sam… to wishing that Sam would take it all (because I thought Camille bought their promises)… but oh this was the best possible way to end it all. Even better than the outcome of UK finale.

And so satisfying to see Blake crying. What a fucking idiot :D

HAHAHAHAHA TOUGH SHIT SAM

Sam's hissy fit at the end showed that it wasn't all some fun act, he really was just petulant. The voiceover at the end saying you could either win money or learn a valuable lesson, very Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, I approve.

Am I right in thinking that if Camille, Sarah and Blake banished Sam — that Camille and Blake would have automatically split the money? The "make it up as we go along" Traitor dilemma wouldn't have existed?

In The Traitors card game it ALWAYS ends on Share vs Steal, and I always go for Share because even if I lose I can have the moral victory. In this case though, I'm not sure my feelings about Sam could have risked him getting any money and I would have stolen like Camille JUST TO BE SURE

No, I think they would have done the red fire green fire thing, and there might have been a last minute betrayal of a traitor. I imagine Camille could have got Sarah to banish Blake and have everything herself

My only criticism of this show is that they seem to keep the finale and rules quite vague until the very end and have an idea of the outcome. The host coming in and being like "oops no murders tonight" reeked of the producers being shook by Sam still being in the house

Whether they’d decide to share or if he’d steal, Blake’s chances of winning would have been much much bigger if he had taken the chance to banish Sam together with Liam (and Camille)… it is so stupid that he didn’t, they didn’t need Sarah’s vote. And remember, Liam was sure Camille was a traitor too, so Blake could have easily flipped and got Camille out next.

Oh I think it was fairly obvious from the start that he’s a bit of a psychopath. I think he was perfect for this game

I think this was the best season of the franchise that I've seen so far, though I did feel some lag around the episode 7 and 8 mark as

Sam being up for discussion to somehow avoiding getting the votes began getting boring, to the point I was strongly wondering whether there was producer influence going on to keep him around

But the final episode was amazing

and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Sam was so entitled, thought he was running the game and the best player ever but his mistake was showing zero loyalty throughout the season

Just started episode one of this and LOL at them immediately jumping the shark by casting the most obnoxious collection of nightmare humans imaginable. :D

When I see this thread bumped I hope they’ve seen how well the UK season did and have decided to bring it back :(

what absolute stupid fucks. I’ve enjoyed this series due to Annabel and Luke but fuck me Liam and Sarah getting the end being so thick as fuck has made it so easy for the traitors. I’ve still not finished the finale but surely it’s which of two traitors take the money but SUCH STUPID FUCKS

Right!?!

I still haven’t processed it
Ok I can say a little more than that :D

Sam deserved everything he got. THE ENTITLEMENT!!! If the final two faithful hadn’t been so unreliable they could have forced out Sam, then Camille and Blake would probably have shared.

Being like 90 I don’t know how to post spoilers so I won’t say anything other than what a finale :disco:

Worked it out!

Fuck Sam, what an awful human being. File him alongside Zach as one of those people we all know but are actually beyond insufferable.

Praise the lord for Camille, his tantrum at the end just showed exactly how entitled and pathetic that cunt is. How he still can’t see that the world doesn’t revolve around him is beyond belief, but thank god we had her to completely destroy him left, right and centre.

Well done Australia :disco:

Just finished it and I am AGHAST at the collective stupidity. :D

I'm obsessed with this guy in particular. Just relentless, bovine-level stupidity and credulity from the first day until his long overdue elimination. And he was a SPECIAL AGENT!

I also love how Sarah was a prime suspect in the very first episode, but after that everybody CLEARLY twigged that she was far too thick to ever be a credible threat as a traitor, so she was never put in the line of fire again and consequently Meryl'd her way to the most mortifying finish possible.

Her voting out LIAM in the final vote really was the cherry on the cake. Truly an icon of stupidity.

I love that Blake didn't even bother trying to curry her vote in the last round because he'd become so exasperated by her routinely fucking things up :D
