Has it been reported what the precise bone of contention was for the respective Big Five broadcasters to have each of them on the verge of pulling out? If it was just straightforward objection to the Dutch being disqualified then that's not all that much of a revelation - I'm more just curious whether there was any explicit sense from any of them of either rancour at the Israeli delegation or an urge to potentially die on a hill to defend them.

I don't think we have anything beyond a vague rumour that the BBC was on the verge of pulling out. Feels very unlikely to me. The act may have been on the verge, but I doubt the broadcaster was.

Are they implying their televote was manipulated?
The full quote says "Televizija Slovenija is therefore asking the EBU for data on the voting of the Slovenian audience, not just the number of votes, but exact data on how the Slovenian audience voted. The total result raises some doubts, especially the large number of ‘new’ online voters, which have not been there before." which certainly implies they're suspicious. Slovenia's final televote gave 10 to Israel (and arguably also as weirdly, ranked Cyprus above Serbia :D)
