I'm not technology efficient enough to create a clip video but did post all the videos where and when I could. Even a video still is often enough to remind people.

Well if they’re happening a bit more regularly it’s not as essential to participate in every running.

Plus, no shade intended, there are several people who’ve said they struggled to find something and just submitted any old shit.

I think if this hopefully continues then we can see each Contest and host offering their own unique twist and value to the brand, like the real Eurovision. Although I’m sure none of us want to be Oslo.

Just stop taking songs after 30 entries. Fuck the late people.

For the record I shortened the process by simply asking for songs rather then getting names and then asking for songs. Seemed like a week we didn't need here. Honestly this can be over and done with in a fortnight.

I don't understand why bothering with this if you don't have time to listen to the songs, to be honest.

We could stop at 30. And then have room for 5 more; all late additions will have to compete in their own mini semi for these 5 places.


A bit like late 90’s Eurovision when Germany ended up not qualifying (was it 1999?).
 
I think it would be better to have a larger more inclusive contest that takes longer, than a smaller one where people who want to take part aren't able to.

I investigated shit unknown girl bands to try and find something that The Moopy masses would like. I listened to the song I sent and thought it sounded like a Little Mix knock off and thought BINGO. I didn’t think the fact they were X Factor rejects would hinder them in the way it did. My bad.
