LAST NIGHT OF THE PROMS

Went to a stand-up comedy night last night with some famous and not so famous comedians on the bill. What was awful was that 4 out of the 5 comedians had their 20 minute sets each being almost exclusively about explicit sex. I’m no prude and individually 2 of them were funny, but it was a 2.5 hour overload of the SAME subject. The sheer lack of originality in the material was extremely disappointing.

It’s just weird. Feels so wrong (I did eat the whole box including one my husband threw back at me after taking one bite)

Anything that isn't orange feels wrong in a Jaffa cake. I don't think I've ever really enjoyed an alternative, so I'm not sure why I'm keen to try them. But I am.

Lidl do cherry ones in one of its theme weeks (I think Central & Eastern European week), but they are nothing special at all.

I do overnight oats. Are these pre-made, or is it dry oats you make yourself?

This morning I had oats (Co-op's jumbo rolled - the best IMO) with oat milk, mixed dried fruit, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon and a little dark agave syrup. Delicious.
