Happened to wake up at 4:50 and remember about this dead on 5:00.

It’s good. But it’s a massive rip off of both Judas and Bad Romance. It’s not QUITE a banger and I think it obviously was written for the Joker movie or is at least influenced by- lyrically and it feels very cinematic.

Reserving full judgment but I like it…but it’s not up there with her best, I don’t think, but let’s see.
 
I think it’s a fun song but I can’t see it being a TOP GAGA song for me. The AHHHAHHHH reminds me very much of Judas which is almost distracting but I guess it adds a touch of familiarity.

I hope we get some fun remixes as well.

7/10 first impression but that could easily change after some plays.

The versatility of this woman. From Die with a Smile to Happy Mistake to DISEASE in the space of three months. She's given us a cis-het smasher, a banshee confessional and a dark industrial bop. And they all 10s. My heavily re-laminated stan card just got lube-proofed.
 
on first listen... I feel like everything about it is good. but nothing about it is exciting.

the hooks are just lacking a little of that stardust.

however the last minute REALLY takes it up a gear and the song becomes excellent. the Gaga magic. but it takes too long to get there...

This is BRILLIANT.

It's bombastic and FUN. I thought the chorus was a tad weak at first, but I really got into it. Love the production.

Very good! It's very industrial, BTW sounding while also standing very alone. Perfect opener to a new era. Bet she can perform with out of this world VOX and COSTUMES.
