Klemen Slakonja is definitely the favourite to win, he's hosted their NF several times and is a very popular comedian domestically (but supposedly this entry is a sincere one).

Klemen and July Jones are probably biggest names of that line-up.

The format this year is two rounds of voting (the first round to pick the Top 2 for the Super-Final, the second to pick the winner). It's 100% jury in the first round, so it's bit more tricky to call what choices they might make.

The Super-Final is 100% televoting though. Klemen against anyone will walk that vote I am near certain if he makes it.

Not a great deal to write home about. Čau is quite a fun addition to the growing list of songs that brazenly attempt to rip-off Slo Mo. Divja is quite interesting if not very competitive, and New Religion is probably the best of the bunch.

How Much Time Do We Have Left is very mawkish and lyrically clunky, but I would assume it's the favourite and given most countries won't be as attuned to the weird construction of some of the lyrics, I can envision a world where it does reasonably well. I have no idea if the subject matter is something with personal resonance for the singer, but if it is then I would assume a fair amount of sympathy will factor in. (It seems to be about a partner dying of a terminal disease).
