We're now at 20/37 entries confirmed so obviously it's time for us all to confidently declare it the WORST YEAR SINCE 1066 etc.

But on a more serious note, what are your current rankings from what’s on offer?

Mine:

Yes, in an unprecedented turn of events I have followed a mild tantrum RE Ireland with a swift U-turn. I will be taking no further questions at this time.

I’m going to predict that Luxembourg will sneak up on people once they’ve thrown half their GDP at the staging + revamp.

It’s great fun, but I think suffers from having been selected pre peak silly season.

After a strong start, things have stalled slightly for me, but there plenty of potential left. I think my 1-4 would all be in my top ten most years and 5-11 would usually sit in my lower top twenty, so we’re tracking reasonably well as long as there aren’t too many fuck-ups.

No it’s looking OK at the moment, it’s in the 2nd half of what seems to be shaping up as the less competitive semi.

It does feel like it’s shaping up to be a bit of a mediocre year for me, although there’s still the internals to go and I have a feeling about FRANCE dropping THE song right at the end..

It feels like it's been a while since we've had a properly underwhelming year. We're really lacking a "THIS IS IT!" type song (in the vein of Tattoo/We Will Rave) and truly iconic queers (in the vein of Bambie/WRS) so far - although hopefully Adonks will deliver on the latter front
