According to HDD, “Mayhem” will drop to #2 next week in US behind the new entry of Playboi Carti, with 84k units (33k pure sales). (61.7% drop)
Chromatica fell to #2 with 64k (-76.7%)

10 Disease
10 Abracadabra
11 Garden of Eden
08 Perfect Celebrity
10 Vanish Into You
06 Killah
09 Zombieboy
10 LoveDrug
10 How Bad Do U Want Me
10 Don't Call Tonight
08 Shadow of a Man
07 The Beast
07 Blade of Grass
07 Die With a Smile

That's SOMETHING like my current rank, which I accept is a bit LOONY, but it's really a VERY VERY GOOD piece of work.

The thing about this album is I keep coming back to this list after/ during a listen and going "HOW DID I ONLY RANK LOVEDRUG AN 8, IT'S CLEARLY A 10" and the suchlike.

It's revealing its pleasures more and more as we go on.

LoveDrug didn't hit me as hard as some of the other tracks at first but it's reply value is huge

Do you SEE ME
Do you SEE ME now?

At least she's a MAIN female artist, whatever that means, not everyone has that.

The streams are very stable! They've no reason not to push on with at least another 2/3 singles.

I'm thinking
Garden of Eden
HBDUWM
Zombieboy or SOAM

The Swifties need to be stopped.

edit: fuck me at those Die With A Smile numbers, undoubtedly one of the biggest hits of the decade already?

The homosexual armageddon should Poker Face ever slip, and Gaga's ultimate three becomes Die With A Smile, Shallow, and Always Remember You...

MOR queen! :disco: When is she collaborating with The Corrs?

Genuinely surprised that the new album tracks have more streams than anything from Born This Way. Is this correct? Surely the title track should feature, and Bloody Mary was doing big enough numbers for a decent chart run in recent times. This seems fishy.

It's not an all time top 10 though. It's adjusted for how recently a song is released.

Her actual raw numbers top 10 is:

Shallow - Radio Edit - 2,710,523,890
Die With A Smile - 2,152,766,195
Poker Face - 1,605,789,727
Always Remember Us This Way - 1,530,745,184
Bad Romance - 1,464,744,932
Just Dance - 1,305,808,866
Rain On Me (with Ariana Grande) - 1,137,092,332
Million Reasons - 900,199,028
Telephone - 847,706,791
Judas - 747,697,573

Spotify's top tracks is worked out with some sort of algorithm to give bias towards what people are currently listening to. I don't think they've released the exact way it's worked out but it's not the most streamed Gaga songs of all time.

You can see the daily (and total to date) Spotify stats here

I haven't checked to see if it's simply the daily charts that Spotify use above.

if you remove Die With a Smile I think the numbers are broadly the same as of week 3. but hopefully the streams stabilise now and something is pushed as a third single soon. waiting so long really killed 911's chances and let Chromatica fall off.

Yeah but also 911 was a FUBU single choice let’s not get it twisted

As a wise person once said Chromatica all sounds like the same (boring) song

And no I don’t agree with this assessment at all
Mayhem is holding up way better than Chromatica and streams don’t tell the whole story
