Gooder Thursday

I always call today "Good Thursday"- what's not to love about it? Have a night out and you've still got four days left off work. It's my favourite day of the year outside of Christmas :disco:
 
I had two glasses of wine with dinner last night and I never drink on a school night (well, never being about 80% of the time...).
As a result I missed my morning alarm and skipped the gym.
Good Thursday starts now ladies :disco:

Back in my promoter days we'd do nights on the easter Thursday and they'd be rammed. Everyone loves to go full tits out, especially when its sunny.

Might accidentally drink 4 more pints tonight.

INNIT! It's the PERFECT day when it's a good weather Easter.

I shall equally be OUT AND ABOUT for a bit, though far from my old days when there were BLATANTLY times I started on Thursday night and finished at some point on Monday :D
 
In our friendship group, Easter is also "friend time" rather than family. It's always felt like a bit of a substitute for Christmas, when you obviously have other responsibilities. Even now, with kids and shit, we've got gang Friday-Saturday-Sunday plans lined up.
 
Nae Easter holidays for me. I think I:ve had one job in my life where we closed for the Easter weekend. Kinda prefer the days in lieu in a way. I've taken a long weekend for next week where I'll stop on the Thursday and come back on the Wednesday.

I've got a massive weekend next weekend so I'm probably not going to go turbo this weekend. Now I've said that I'll end up sniffing poppers in the DBA no doubt.
