Celebrity Big Brother (ITV Series 2) (1 Viewer)

Watching late - Trisha is an odd person isn’t she? That weird confrontation with Cheney about ‘forming an alliance with Angelica’ was so strange. Is he not allowed more than one friend in there?

That episode dragged tonight. I know finishing next Friday makes it a run of less than three weeks but I don't really mind. It hasn't really kicked on like I hoped after Mickey left.

I think that is the perfect length for it to be honest (and 6 weeks for civilian version).

Chris’s decision about who to take for the Chinese out of Jojo and Jack really didn’t need 10 minutes of screen time…

I have just discovered that Tiffany Pollard is apparently only 43. BullSHIT. Just seen her photos from her first show Flavor of Love, and she was supposed to be 24 on that then. Maybe if you add 10 years I’d believe it.

Last night was the first dud episode for me. Too much focus on Jojo and Chris who I am still confused about what is even going on there.

When it’s only 2 people it doesn’t really matter if it’s vote to save or vote to evict anyway.

Patsy will probably survive again despite bringing absolutely nothing to the house (though neither has he really).

It’s kinda annoying that the first 4 people out of the house are the 4 over 60s. Can’t believe Jojo and Chris didn’t pick up more nominations to be honest.

Patsy’s reaction to being nominated really does feel very ‘try too much’. (Daley I actually believe isn’t too bothered).

Welcome back! But catch up!

Loving the cat task from tonight.

I have tried to avoid spoilers but as we know the internet makes it difficult for that to happen so I know Fabricant was evicted, Mickey was punted, and Trisha is GONE. Has Tiffany Pollard been worth her money in gold on BBBOTS as I must catch up on that too if so.

Now, I fly to Santa Monica on Monday evening so I am not really sure I have time to catch up on it all but I sure as hell will TRY.

I've really enjoyed the 'family' task tonight.

I actually really love Donna too - and didn't expect to at all on the first night. Every episode they manage to slip in her hoping for Monster Munch. :D

I love Daley just slipping in the 'game playing' stuff and then leaving the house and watching what happens next. But they've all been talking about Jojo and Chris playing games for the last week but then not nominated them... so... NOMINATE THEM? Is there one more round of nominations this week or are we on vote to win now?

Remember when Ulrika was negative and moany all the way through and then won it, could that be Patsy? :D

Love Donna to, I did from the start though. Never seen her in anything, mind

Tonight's sounds good - someone runs off crying after face-to-face noms (prob Ella) 🍿

This is a great episode - they probably should have done face-to-face nominations a week earlier to stir this lot up, as it was pretty easy to get them going.

If it's a triple elimination then Angelica and Ella are dead certs to go surely? Then I have no idea who the third will be out of Chris, Danny and Patsy.

Looking like the 3 girls to go according to this poll of over a thousand votes....

It’s definitely been an improvement on the end of last week when it felt like it was starting to fizzle out. The drama is appreciated but I could really do without certain housemates talking in nothing but modern day reality TV lingo, about people being game players and so on.

Also has there ever been a season of this where people have directly referred to the production of the show as much as they are? It feels like constantly they’re talking about strategies people are deploying to get screen time and create storylines for themselves. Obviously that’s the element of these shows a lot of us like to analyse but it’s getting a bit too meta even for me at this point.

I haven't necessarily loved Donna, but she does keep pointing out IT IS A GAME LOVES, while Ella fails to register anything beyond her breakout theory of 'gameplay'.
