It's never going to be one of my favourites, but as it's turned out I think this definitely has a place in this year's mix so I hope the revamp polishes it up a bit (and that they're sorting out her live vocals).

Whilst it wouldn't be surprising, that account is constantly posting teasers all year so it doesn't mean much - yesterday there was a joke about letting Czechia win next year so Prague could host. If anything, saying that a decision has been taken that needs to be ratified sounds more like they'll be in as I can't imagine you'd need to sign off on *not* spending money?
