Dancing On Ice 2020

So we still know BUGGER ALL? Surely Caprice is selling her soul to one of the rags as we speak.
 
So WHY has she left? Perhaps she just realises the public hate her and she'll likely end up in the bottom 2 every week. Perhaps Oscar hasn't learned to skate in another direction yet. WHO KNOWS?
 
Whatever the reason, I imagine poor Oscar is on a flight back to Zürich already :(
 
That's a lot of show to fill two competitors down. Couldn't we all just agree to replace this week's show with an extra Masked Singer and get rid of the useless footballer?

They manage it for the first two weeks every year with pointless filler so it shouldn't be a stretch!

Literally no quality control whatsoever, at least Strictly adjusts its length depending on how many are left.
 
Oh I'm sure Phil will demand he get to do a SKIT or something. Personally, I'd like more passive aggressive riffing with Ruth Langsford via satellite.

I'm sad that the blonde Liz Cundy has quit as I enjoyed her post-stroke MILF elegance.
 
I don't really care about Caprice, I'm sure she was awful to Hamish and the whole thing has a slight stench of Roxanne Pallet about it.

But she WAS good, and this series is already a bit shit. She could easily have avoided the bottom two for a awhile if she got back to the week 1 standard, the judges were certainly fair with her.
 
Well yes but in that case she may as well have just STAYED AT HOME from the start.

Can't they just bring Hamish back and give Saara another run? Whether she's free or not she'll clearly do anything on offer.
 
I hope they let Hamish and Oscar do a touching triumphing over adversity pairs routine to kill some time.

I agree this series (aside from the Caprice intrigue) doesn't have a lot going for it. Perri seems to be so far ahead of the rest of them, even more so than the scores suggest I think. Usually there is another one or two in the mix to make it seem vaguely competitive. I expect Libby will make the final, and Corrie woman was quite fun last week, but she'll probably end up going out to Joe Swash or something.

And Saara is apparently taking some time out to find new dreams, a new deeper meaning for life, and presumably a way of not repeatedly losing reality tv shows.

I notice both Caprice's former partners were on the gate in the intro timewaste so Oscar hasn't been dispatched yet.

Did Barrowman and Banjo really have to go running to hug Corrie woman? I would have thought the generous marking was enough. The magician did an interesting hand up the foo lift that the judges unfortunately didn't comment on.

Perri might have been great but I was distracted by that horrendous shout fest he was skating to.

The trouble is it just isn't working. And you just know the sense of entitlement is turned up to 10 with these two.

"They didn't get it" :manson: No Matt it wasn't much cop love. Zero chemistry and in skating two males is limiting what they can do. If they actually focused on synchronized skating instead they'd probably fair better.

Caprice was left too scared to even speak during Dancing On Ice training as Hamish enforced a ‘three strikes and you’re our rule’- making her feel like mistakes were not allowed.

I read that. She said he danced to Kylie like a girl and ITV had never seen anything like it (since H 5 minutes prior). Or something else similarly shocking.
