Disappearance of Owami Davies

Had anybody else been following this? It is quite an unusual set of events. Owami Davies went missing around the 4th July from Essex and remains unaccounted for. Police actually spoke to her (and have bodycam footage) in Croydon on 6th July without realising that she was a missing person. That was in reaction to calls from the public out of concern for her safety.

A number of people have been arrested in connection with her disappearance, including on suspicion of kidnap and murder…yet the working theory of the police is that Owami is still alive.

Agreed. Apparently she has suffered from poor mental health. One of the the theories of the police is that she is sleeping rough and travelling around the country, possibly with a degree of memory loss as a result of her poor health.
