Eternal Reunion Tour SCRAPPED (Cause: TERFism)

They got dressed up for that photoshoot to basically go carol singing and still had to cancel it!
 
They do have (a well paid I presume) double act gig in Dubai coming up with Bewitched and several weekender type bills but generally a far cry from what this could’ve been and there’s no chance of them pulling off a standalone tour.
 
The TERF stuff is just madness to me. It's the "children are being brainwashed!" slant that they have to pull out as their go to defence.

If they can SOMEHOW accept that we, as gay people, don't choose to be gay... why can't they understand that trans people also don't choose to be trans?

Ignorance and fear of the unknown, it was exactly the same with the gayz when there was hardly any out. People are, generally, stupid.

Exactly this. So even if we can say well huge steps have been taken, sure, maybe in some places... but we can't say the same for trans folks, and these TERFs genuinely don't seem to care about anything other than hating trans people. It's so bizarre. In addition, knowing there are gay people out there who have CONVENIENTLY FORGOTTEN about our own history just irks me so much.

I do wonder what it must be like to stay in such a narrow lane and have no thought for anything outside of an individual experience. It must be isolating, surely?
 
Seen them tonight at a 90s festival thing they were headlining. Majority of the audience had left, granted the weather was shite but still… playing to 3/4 empty fields.

It's a bit like Annie singing I Will Survive, but she's delivering consistency when scaling back these arrangements most definitely if not definitively.
 
So the Scala gig has happened. Haven’t seen much about it but came across this TikTok -

Anyone there? Anyone seen anything from it, was it busy? Any wicked tales from the meet and greet?
 
I did have a nosey at some clips and was kinda hoping they might be bad vocally and that it would be a thin crowd but it sold out and any clips of Easther I saw had her in great voice and the review I read was very good.

I do follow Easther on Instagram in the hope she’ll shed some light on her stance but they both were up close and personal in the meet n greet pics I saw with fans who were clearly members of the LBG part of the LGBTQ + contingent.
 
Some gay who does Cher Lloyd impersonations on the internet is apparently one of their backing dancers? I only know this because a friend of mine is a fan (of the gay).

I don't follow her but was also 'hoping' for something like this. Easther Bennett is one of the best vocalists the UK had/has and she's beautiful to boot. The other SQUIRREL can do one.
