So what song is this? (Olympic Edition, clip included)

I heard it at the Olympics Beach Volley. Basically the clip they played just repeated an instrumental loop but potentially the song has vocals (they only play instrumentals). They play mainstream so it should be possible to find. Was not able to Shazam it because it's so short. Could be a Neptunes production.
