What I'm just devastated about is that Armenia didn't do better. I thought from what (tbh only a few!) people were saying it would have been higher

Italy grew on me after that live performance, but I always liked it and gave it good points in a very complicated first semifinal. I don't understand the claims that it did so well because people were saying it was so good. Maybe people just liked it?

I didn't care about Italy at all pre-THE PERFORMANCE, which gives me goosebumps everytime/might have squeezed out a DRUNK TEAR in one of my more VULNERABLE moments.

That alone makes it my clear winner of the year. I'd be shocked if I revisit much from this year aside from Italy, Lithuania and maybe Ukraine TBH - mainly because they all have live performances to watch so feel more like "legit" Eurovision entries.
