I actually don’t completely mind it on first listen but ALL the budget clearly went into their incredible JESC entry.
 
I don't hate it either but if the dance moves consist of finger snapping on the "one, two, three, four"'s imma write to the management.
 
That is the entry from what I've heard.

How INCONVENIENT that it's not coming out until the 19th, I was going to take my hardened gambler parents through the songs on the 18th.
 
And not to rub salt in the wounds but this was the other of the final two in the internal selection. Written by the team behind Armenia's JESC-winning song from last year:

Perhaps although this just leaked yesterday and it seems the wheels have been in motion for Rosa Linn for a while now.

Can't you just play for them any mid-tempo track pretending it's Armenia? They won't even notice after 40 songs.

I’ll probably do that.

When I played them the 2020 songs it was looking very like the contest would be cancelled so I just pretended that Cicciolina was the Finnish entry.
 
From what we've heard of this song, it's the sort of Eurovision entry that I really HATE.
A total seat-filler of an entry with no chance of doing much, that's just taking up space. I'd rather actively dislike something than feel completely apathetic towards it.

I think everyone except San Marino has been quite consciously avoiding replicating that. It was too organic a winner for a bunch of copycats to stand a chance.
 
It wasn’t so much I expected a bunch of Maneskin tribute acts, more so that countries might select something original/memorable other than the most nondescript, beige entries imaginable i.e. songs designed for everyone but appeal to no one.
 
Full version leaked. Might be a demo though, I've read claims that the final version will add some more Armenian-sounding instrumentation.

I don't think it'd save it either way though. It's competent but so bland. A crushing disappointment, I really thought Armenia might bring it this year. :(

You’d have hoped that Italy winning last year in Italian with that song and artist would have bucked these countries’ ideas up and encouraged a bit of imagination but apparently BLAND BORING BOLLOCKS in English is seen as the way forward. Why even bother paying the bus fare to Turin in the first place?
 
This is unbelievably bland. It's written (amongst others) by Tamar Kaprelian, the American-Armenian from Genealogy who has some sort of songwriting school in Armenia. They definitely should've gone for Saro :(
 
A couple of one eyed dogs doing tricks accompanied by some old bloke on a penny whistle doing the Armenian national anthem backwards would be preferable to this

In fact I WANT THAT!
