Tuesday what is this behaviour?

I can’t decide if the clouds were angry or happy with me this morning.

I’ve got a major meeting with the procurement department of my biggest client which I’m really worried about and could go either way, meaning more work or thank you, goodbye, so this wasn’t quite the sign I was looking for on my morning seafront drive today.

I made it through another covid filled night and this time didn't wake up in a pool of sweat 🙌

I've just seen a picture on Instagram of an ex friend of mine who's lost loads of weight and now I'm jealous. Apparently it was caused by her husband's having a mental breakdown and her having a huge bout of anxiety, which I don't want...but the weight loss is a big bonus :o

I recommend a FORTNIGHT in CRITICAL CARE. Just WATCH those PESKY POUNDS DROP OFF
Ooh yes I imagine that is a good way to lose weight. Although, I'd prefer it not to be because in in hospital 😬

Hope you're ok ❤️

Tick my name off on the Covid register. Felt crap yesterday at work so I came home at dinner, did a test last night and I've got it. Anybody know how to get rid of this nightmare headache?
Omg isn't the headache the worst! I've never had one like it.

I piggybacked paracetamol and ibuprofen, and sat in a dark room. My headache lasted for 3 days, once it disappeared, all the other symptoms appeared.

Good luck 🤞

Also, good morning. One of my immediate colleagues has made an absolutely clattering pair of balls of something relatively simple and it appears to be my job to fix it. Hmmm.

Morning all. Today im working with a colleague who is a nice guy but talks for the sake of it and really doesn’t know when to stop. I lose focus within 5 minutes of talking to him. Any objectives could be covered within 15 minutes yet I find myself having to make excuses to dip off after about an hour or just mindless chat. Any tips?

Feeling chipper and productive today. God knows why, maybe its because the sun is out and my view of the world isn't varying shades of depression grey

I'm finding it's sinus related. Sudafed is the only thing touching it.

Has anyone seen the This Morning interview with Cliff Richard? What an absolute cock.

Are you in a position where you could politely say that you'd like the necessary details as bullet points?

There's always been something a bit weird about Cliff. I respected him for doing the Comic Relief thing with The Young Ones but that was, what, 1985 or something?

At a new school for a trial week. I'm honestly not sure what I think. I literally know about 6-7 staff here, so that's a plus, but there's a lot I'm yet to enjoy.

Yeah I can never put my finger on it, but there's just something off about him. Same as Paul McCartney 🤢

Are the students nice?
Really hard to pin down. There are a lot of lovely kids. But coming in on a Tuesday in the middle of November, knowing very little about the school, hardly inspires immediate respect. I was feeling pretty tired anyway, so it's never going to be a 10/10 kinda day.

I always felt sorry for supply teachers because they never really got to know the school or the students. But I guess the benefit is if the school is shit you get to leave easily.

What age do you teach?

Having a regular school is pretty handy in that, in some schools I've known current Year 9's since their first week of year 7, so there's a lot more respect gained there.

I teach 11-16 and have dabbled with Sixth Form.

If this trial works out I'd be a regular teacher until Easter, so relations would likely improve.

It must be nice to see the students grow up over the years. Although I still don't know how anyone can handle being a teacher now days, so much respect for you.

Being in the showbiz bubble from your late teens-early 20s must just rot yr social skills. Both of them think we want to hear them sing all the time. No ta.

Very true. But also, they just give off creepy vibes.

I don't get creepy from Paul McCartney. Embarrassing perhaps. But not creepy. And definitely not on the Cliff scale.

Is Cliff gay? I can only remember him with Sue Barker but wasn’t sure if she was just a beard.

PROBABLE NONCE TOO*

Not me breathing a sigh of relief that someone else said it, knowing I’m still in the infancy of a moopy comeback.

Get a grip, loosen up, it’s MOOPY.

It’s such a shame when you consider how hot McCartney was in his peak beard days.

This Macca?

Definitely a peak. He's only 26 when the "Get Back/Let It Be" sessions happen, January 69.
