Marvel Cinematic Universe General Chat

Is that why they’re rebooting Fantastic Four for the 17th time?

Make it make sense!

HOW WILL WE LIVE.

Desperate, but it'll probably work for them better than the previous plan at least.

Doomsday replaces the always crap sounding The Kang Dynasty, right? One of the stranger butterfly effects of recent years is Jonathan Majors assaulting his partner and Robert Downey Jr becoming EVEN RICHER from it

How unfortunate. I’m grateful for what Iron Man did for RDJ, but it’s thwarted his career of interesting roles. He has his Oscar now (undeservedly), but he had a really great run of films from 2005-2008, and Marvel just halted it all.

well she is currently making a movie for Disney so it shouldn't be a surprise that she's been hushed :D

Bitter-old Jamie hasn't seen Deadpool and didn't catch Black Panther 2 either. Isn't she starting in some comic book-style movie coming out soon? And also just wrapped up shooting an unnecessary sequel of a film from 11 years ago? she can choke!

UNNECESSARY!?!?!!

Edit: Wait, you ARE talking about Freaky Friday?

No the original team didn’t have all those big names. They were villains that took on new codenames/disguises to be heroes during the Onslaught era under Baron Zemo. They did change members over the years when they got bigger names but I was hoping they would have started off more to the original.

That said they probably needed the bigger characters to make people want to watch it lol

They were all bad guys disguised as good guys. Sort of a prototype Dark Avengers

How many times have they now decided to do this / not do this / no maybe do this / actually not do so this / ok let’s do this ?
