It's from the enigma tour and she is claiming to have used the drug to make it possible to get through that tour

I love those types of commercials. The bits where they show people living their best life being all smiles at some random park hugging their family, relaxing at the beach, or playing soccer while describing some of the most AWFUL and terrible side effects ever gets me every time.
