Actually I bet his team tried to either convince him not to do this or tried to prep him and he either refused or just ignored and winged it.

I think he’s become so misled by his own rallies that he’s forgotten that some audiences contain sane logical people who have expectations for little things like facts and truth

I mean it was an audience of journalists for a start!

It’s just nice that every now and again he gets held accountable :D
 
Apart from the fact Vance is way too young to have been doing this in front of this distinctly late eighties / early nineties audience, it doesn’t even look like him!

It says a lot about the trajectory of the Republican Party that in 2008 the avatar of their core demographic was Joe the Plumber, while in 2024 it’s Kyle the kid who shot three black people.
