It’s not 100% the norm anymore (though obviously still a huge thing to do here). I know in my area we have a lot of non-white parents that choose not to and we also have a huge population of hippies that are generally against it so we get a lot of denials at my hospital. Typically your standard white basic couple always agree still.

I'm shocked it's offered in hospital as standard. It seems strange to me to lop a bit of the dick off in hospital for no medical advantage.
